You've seen llamas advertised in the newspaper for less than $100--why pay
more? Our prices reflect the training and strength that a llama requires to
perform on the trail. Any llama breeder will tell you (accurately) that their
llamas "pack", but how much weight can they carry and how long can
they carry it? Our llamas have the added bonus of the friendliness that comes
from interacting with children.
We are a small farm and we have been selling out quickly (some before birth),
so keep in close touch if you're interested in a serious pack llama!
We are now breeding specifically for pack characteristics: calm & gentle,
positive packing attitude, tall, strong, classic ("ccara") coat
(guard hair covering soft undercoat). We have Magma, Black Thunder, and Poncho Villa
bloodlines.
